Senior Journey in a Session: Mission Sisterhood!

Complete (most) of a Senior Journey with other 9th and 10th grade Girl Scouts! In Mission Sisterhood, we’ll learn about the powerful benefits of sisterhood and the ways to nurture healthy friendships. After you complete the separate Take Action project on your own (the final piece of the Journey), this will satisfy one prerequisite of the Girl Scout Gold Award.

This is a Senior-level Journey and is therefore only open to current 9th and 10th grade Girl Scouts. Girl Scouts should plan to join from their own personal device even if they are in the same physical space. This experience will take place over the course of 4 separate sessions; Girl Scouts should only register if they can plan to attend each one.

The program dates are:

  • October 1, 2024 ~ 6:00pm-7:30pm PST
  • October 8, 2024 ~ 6:00pm-7:30pm PST
  • October 15, 2024 ~ 6:00pm-7:30pm PST
  • October 29, 2024 ~ 6:00pm-7:30pm PST

For: Girl Scout Youth (Grades 9-10) ~ min 15/max 30

Fee: $20 per GSNorCal Youth Member, $25 per Out-of-Council Youth Member

Program Fees Include: Journey content delivery, Journey patch (valid once Girl Scouts complete the Take Action project on their own).

Cancellation Policy

Events run rain or shine unless inclement weather would adversely affect a program. In those cases, participants will be notified of cancellation or rescheduling. If GSNorCal cancels the event for any reason or cannot place participants in the event of their choice, GSNorCal will issue a refund for 100% of the registration fee.

Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by emailing Member Services. No refunds will be issued for registration fees of less than $10 per individual. Thirty (30) days written notice is required to receive 50% of registration fees of $10 or more per individual. There are no refunds if less than 30 days written notice is given except for medical reasons. Refunds for medical reasons will only be processed if notification is made before the event and is followed within one week by a written refund request accompanied by a note from a physician. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. The $25.00 Girl Scout membership fee and $25 council service fee are non-refundable.
