Events run rain or shine unless inclement weather would adversely affect a program. In those cases, participants will be notified of cancellation or rescheduling. If GSNorCal cancels the event for any reason or cannot place participants in the event of their choice, GSNorCal will issue a refund for 100% of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued for registration fees of $9 or less per individual. Cancellation of registration 30 days or more prior to the activity date is eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee per individual. No refunds are made 30 days or less prior to the activity date. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. Refunds for medical reasons must be submitted in writing to registration@gsnorcal.org. A physician’s note must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the event in order to process the refund. In all cases, the $25.00 Girl Scout membership and $25 council service fees are non-refundable.
