Pair of Pals Campout

Spend a night at camp with a special adult! Play games, make crafts, explore the outdoors, and warm yourself by the campfire. Sleeping accommodations are bunk beds with camp mattresses in buildings shared with other participants.

October 19th, 2024 ~ 2:00pm through October 20th, 2024 ~ 11:00am

For: Girl Scouts and Tagalongs (Grades K-8) ~ min 30/ max 130 and Adults ~ min 30/max 100

Fees: $100/per GSNorCal Youth* & Tagalong Participant,  $100/per GSNorCal Adult Participant

*Financial Aid is available to GSNorCal Youth Members for this program. You will have the option to request Financial Aid during the registration process. Need help on how to request Financial Aid? View our guide here!

Program Fee Includes: Sleeping accommodations, meals (lunch, dinner and breakfast), in-person instruction, all needed materials and a fun patch.

Please Note: Volunteer supervision required. This is not a drop-off event.

Cancellation Policy

Events run rain or shine unless inclement weather would adversely affect a program. In those cases, participants will be notified of cancellation or rescheduling. If GSNorCal cancels the event for any reason or cannot place participants in the event of their choice, GSNorCal will issue a refund for 100% of the registration fee.

No refunds will be issued for registration fees of $9 or less per individual. Cancellation of registration 30 days or more prior to the activity date is eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee per individual. No refunds are made 30 days or less prior to the activity date. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. Refunds for medical reasons must be submitted in writing to registration@gsnorcal.org. A physician's note must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the event in order to process the refund. In all cases, the $25.00 Girl Scout membership and $25 council service fees are non-refundable.
